As a Shuttle Driver for Christian Brothers Automotive South Hurstbourne, you will play an important role in creating an exceptional guest experience. You will safely transport guests to and from the shop, provide friendly and professional customer service, and assist our front-of-house team as needed. You are expected to represent CBA South Hurstbourne’s core values in every interaction with our guests and team.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Safely picking up and dropping off guests in our branded company shuttle while providing a friendly, professional experienceRepresenting CBA South Hurstbourne and our core values with every guest interactionGreeting guests and assisting with checking guests in and outAnswering incoming phone calls and assisting guests with questions and schedulingMaking customer appreciation and follow-up callsKeeping the shuttle clean, organized, safe, and comfortable for our guestsAssisting the team with front-of-house guest services and other tasks as neededNotifying the Service Manager of any shuttle maintenance or service needsFollowing all company safety policies and proceduresPerforming other duties as assigned
